The day has come! Nerds and Fanboys Rejoice, or weep as your wallet is about to get about $100 lighter.

Movies.com just released the full details of the all new Christopher Nolan Dark Knight Trilogy Ultimate Box Set. I have never been a fan of double dipping on movies, but since I still don’t have any of these on blu ray yet* (Heck, I don’t even have the latest one at all. Don’t be too harsh.) I am all in on this gift set. Who am I kidding? the words “Mondo” and “Hot Wheels” stole that money out my wallet before I could even finish reading the post.

Details from movies.com below:

Disc 1 – Batman Begins Feature and Special Features
Disc 2 – The Dark Knight Feature
Disc 3 – The Dark Knight Special Features

I have always been impressed by the Mondo posters and for as expensive as they are, getting 5 mini posters for $100 is a steal for any hardcore Dark Knight Fan!

What do you think bat-fans? anyone already squealing with bat-delight for this? Is it worth it? Have you been saving up waiting for this? or are you satisfied with the versions you already have?

Either way you’ll have to wait till September 24th to add this to your collection or laugh in the face in boy wonders such as myself.

If I had a Blu-Ray player, I’d have to get this.

I like the set and even though $100 isn’t unreasonable for it, I’ll wait for it to go on sale at Amazon
