Should be a good listen!
Seriously, what is up with Kevin Smith? I think he has just completely lost it. I loved Jay & Bob, Clerks, Dogma when I was in high school and college but I stopped caring about him or his movies circa Jersey Girl, but that didn’t stop me from seeing Clerks II or Zack and Miri. I passed on Cop Out and really have no plans to see Red State, though passively watching him kill his career is better than watching paint dry.
I used to find him funny, but the constant self deprecating humor along with the dick & fart jokes got old after a while. I think he reined king supreme for a while, but then Judd Apatow came along with his crew and changed the comedy landscape. Of course they’re overrated as well and I’m kinda sick of Seth, Michael, and Jonah, so what is really funny? I think Jason Segel is a funny bastard, that’s what I think. Listening to Smith’s commentaries and “Evening With” flicks, all he did was talk about how he was fat and tubby, got wife a lot hotter than he deserved, and complained when critics said his movies sucked. He’s definitely a guy with a chip on his shoulder and never learned to take criticism in stride. You know he’s the kinda guy who has a scrap book of every single bad review, article, or blog written about him.

Nice job casting those pods.
Movies: I just watched Kevin Smith’s Too fat for 40 last week. Good stuff, especially him “directing” Bruce Willis. Like Matty, I didn’t think I would like Wanted, but I actually did. As far as Tom Hardy as Bane, you guys should watch Bronson. It’s on Netflix Instant Streaming. I’m sure he’ll be playing a smart Bane, but he could still do Bane regardless.
Games: Vincent, are you going to play through Heavy Rain to get any of the other endings?
@Shawn, I’m thinking about doing that. Some I could do pretty easy just by going back a few chapters, but some I think I’d have to play the game all the way through. I need to take a bit of a break before I invest all that time again.
I think casting Hardy as Bane was brilliant. Nolan must like him since this will be the second time he’s cast him in a movie. He put on something like 40 pounds of muscle for Bronson. I haven’t watched it yet, but now that I know its on Netflix, I’m def. gonna watch it.
