Pepsi Throwback Rules

I love Pepsi Throwback. Okay, so you might think I’m biased because they sent me the stuff above, but I really enjoyed the soda before I got the goodies. How did your favorite blogger and his Robot pal get some G.I. Joes and free sodas? Well, I correctly answered a G.I. Joe trivia question that was posed by Pepsi Throwback’s twitter account (@pepsithrowback). Not only did they send a cool set of Cobra figures, but I got two free cans of soda along with a nifty message from them.

If  you don’t know what Pepsi Throwback is, let me enlighten you. It’s Pepsi, but made with real sugar. Most sugared soda is sweetened by high fructose corn syrup and while it works, it lacks that magical teeth destroying goodness that regular sugar provides.

And if this post proves anything, I’m really easy to please. I’m hoping other beverage or snack food product makers realize how grateful I’d be if they sent me stuff. Just saying…

I almost forgot… just check out how the Fedex dude “hid” the box from Pepsi Throwback that he left at my door:

  • Chad B.

Wow, I’m gonna have to follow them, that’s friction awesome and I love the throwback sodas.

  • Lamar the Revenger

Score!! I’m a Mt. Dew Throwback lover myself.

  • Sweet! I’m a fan too. Always have a case of it at home.

  • I love both the Pepsi Throwback and Mountain Dew Throwback. They’re my main sodas. The Dr. Pepper Heritage was really good, too, but I’m not sure if that’s still being made, though.

i’m surprised you noticed the box under the mat.
