Saturday Morning Cartoons: The Sky Commanders
Good morning and welcome to your Saturday morning cartoons for today! Today we have an episode of Sky Commanders. The Sky Commanders were a toy line made by Kenner in the 80s. Like almost every boys toy back then it had it’s own cartoon. While the toys were awesome, the cartoon isn’t as great. I guess the idea of guys who zip around on lines as their only method of travel doesn’t translate so well into an actual story. You’ve got to give it to Hanna-Barbara for trying their damndest though.

I still have a couple of these toys, they were great so long as you have a place to string them up!
I picked up a few of these as a kid during their short time on the shelves and thought they were pretty awesome, but I missed out on the TV show. OMG, that show is terrible.
